Policy changes:

• Cancellations cannot be accepted within the estimated delivery period.
• If the product has not been shipped even 1 week after the estimated delivery period, we will accept the cancellation without a cancellation fee.

Reason for the revision:

Until now, we have handled cancellations while charging a cancellation fee for costs incurred up to the time of cancellation. However, some customers found the cancellation fee unacceptable because the conditions—such as allowing cancellation only until the manufacturer or factory shipped the product—were difficult to understand.

To help our customers shop with confidence, we have clarified and changed the cancellation policy as described above.
