A key switch for fighting games that delivers fast response and light, nimble input
With an actuation point of 0.5mm and total travel of 1.5mm, these aggressive parameters prioritize response speed. Also, because the travel is not made extremely short, missed diagonal inputs and accidental activations are reduced, making it very easy to use despite the aggressive settings.
The actuation force is set to 35gf. The force required to reach the actuation point is 20～30gf, a very light setting. Because no preliminary effort is needed to press the button with force, input is even lighter and more nimble.
This linear type has no click or tactile feel. Its smooth press feel is ideal for rapid repeated presses and quick command inputs.
It has 2 Gateron-type pins and can only be used with Gateron
LowProfile.
Please note that it is not compatible with Kailh or MX switches.
“Gateron 霞軸 switch” is a custom version of Gateron switches by Tikitaka, designed specifically for fighting games. Its extremely short travel, with an actuation point of 0.5mm and total travel of 1.5mm, minimizes the delay between input and response.
The actuation force is set to a light 35gf, and input is possible up to the actuation point with a very light touch of 20〜30gf. This puts less strain on your fingers even during long play sessions and makes rapid repeated presses and command inputs easy.
Despite its aggressive settings, the travel is not made extremely short, helping to reduce missed diagonal inputs and accidental activations. With a balance of speed and stability, this key switch is recommended for competitive-minded players. It is ideal for those using a controller equipped with 霞軸 switches who are looking for replacement switches, or those seeking faster response.
